The suite had convenient amenities such as an electric kettle, central heating, and an electronic key card.

The location to the Westfield car park & Olympia was good. The breakfast was more than sufficient with a good choice & the staff friendly.

The bed was not a double, it was a 3/4 size. There was alot of noise coming from the corridor with people talking very loudly, which seemed to be the staff alot of the time. One person even had a loud mobile phone conversation right outside the door whilst my partner was trying to sleep.

When I arrived for check in, the manager gave me a different price to what I had booked the room. When I showed him the email confirmation from Booked.net, he refused to acknowledge it, and rudely told me to go stay somewhere else. The matter was only resolved after I called Booked.net to complain. Apparently there is a 3rd party involved in the booking process who, according to manager, put the wrong rates on Booked.net, though I cant trust his version. The room was very small, the bed uncomfortable and pillows very dirty.

The breakfast with cereals and fruit was delicious.

Scratchy blankets, no heating controls in room. Heating went off over night and the room was freezing despite putting on a T-Shirt and using the extra blanket.

Plenty of WELL PRESENTED food for meals.

The location of this place is fantastic, being close to Shepherds Bush Empire, Hammersmith tube, and many major attractions, offering good value, and it's just a short.

Great value for money. Although the room wasn't huge (family room) it was large enough for us (5 people). It was clean and the furniture was modern. Breakfast was simple and the same every day but it was tasty and we couldn't complain. The staff had no problems with us leaving our luggage at the reception after checkout so we didn't have to carry it with us for the rest of the day. The location is good for shopping - Hammersmith or Westfield are in walking distance (about 10 mins). However you can even walk to Hyde Park (nice walk via High Street Kensington) or take a bus. So the city centre is easily reachable too. If you're looking for a clean and cheap place to stay while visiting London from which you can do shopping or visiting London city centre I can highly recommend Comfotel Blu.

The room was a bit cold at night but nothing unbearable. But to be fair we had towels on the radiator and also we didn't look or ask if the temperature could be increased at night.

Nice room, quiet hotel. Staff doing job efficiently. Clean rooms. Basic hotel but exactly what we needed and the location was perfect fro the Shepherds bush empire.

During my 2-day stay at this place, the experience was absolutely fantastic. I loved how convenient the location was, right next to a big indoor mall and close to Hammersmith Station. 🛍️

The stay certainly was good value. The restaurant was good for dinner, I tried hot dishes. The facilities such as central heating, an electronic key card and TV were available. The location was magnificent, relatively close to Underground.

The guest room was perfect, with a balcony and good value for £28. the location was great, so close to Broadway, the tube, O2 Shepherds Bush, shopping malls. - the main attraction, Underground, was just 2 km away from the hotel.

The room was small and there was noise from the road because of the thin windows.our room was downstairs in the basement and we had to get through narrow stairs with the baggage to get into the room.
